【How to Purchase】
① Select the type of part you wish to purchase below.
② From the model number dropdown menu below the quantity entry field, select the product name and color of your product.
The product name (model number) is the character string shown in the “Product Name” field of the warranty card or above the barcode on the product packaging (model number), such as “P908SG,” “BT826BK,” “M203TWSBK,” or “L101TWSPKBL.”
Example:BT 826 BK
A. The first 1–2 English letters
＝Indicate the product category.
NAGAOKA wired earphones = P
NAGAOKA wireless earphones = BT
movio wireless earphones = M
LUSVY wireless earphones = L
B. The three digits in the middle (+ an English character string for some products)
＝The model number for each brand.
※An English model-number string such as “TWS” may appear after the digits.
C. The final 2–4 English letters
＝Indicate the product color.
BK = Black, WH = White, PK = Pink
SBK = Stone Black, PWH = Pearl White
BLYE = Blue Yellow, PKBL = Pink Blue, etc.
※Please note that the color of the accessory may differ depending on the product color.
③-1. For ear tips, also select your desired size.
※1. The ear tips initially attached to the main unit are size M.
※2. One set of ear tips consists of two pieces (one pair): one piece each for the left and right ear, in the one selected size from S, M, or L.
③-2. For charging cables, also select your desired color.
※1. For some products, the charging cable color varies by product color (white or black), so please select the color of the cable you have.
※2. If a cable in the selected color does not exist for that product, we will ship a cable in the product’s standard color. Thank you for your understanding.
【Important Notes】
・Returns or exchanges of earphone accessories cannot be accepted because they are consumable items and for hygiene reasons. If there is an initial defect, such as a broken cable or defective ear-tip shape, please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within one week of delivery.
・Please confirm that the type of part and model number you order are correct. Even in the event of an incorrect order, returns or exchanges cannot be accepted.
・These parts cannot be used with models other than the specified model number or with products from other manufacturers. We cannot assume any responsibility for damage or other problems resulting from use with a model other than the specified model number or with another manufacturer’s product, including damage to the earphones. We also cannot accept returns if the part cannot be used with a model other than the specified model number.
・Because we check warehouse availability after your order is confirmed, the parts may not be available. If the parts cannot be provided, we will notify you by sending information to the email address entered when ordering; for payments made by credit card, Amazon Pay, or similar methods, notification will be provided by canceling the charge.
