Nagaoka Trading Co., Ltd. (Head office: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; Representative: Kae Nagaoka), which plans, develops, and sells record needles and record-related equipment, has begun selling the “NAGAOKA Classic Logo T,” a T-shirt printed with a brand logo previously used by the company, on its EC site.

This product is a T-shirt printed with the brand logo used by the record-needle brand “NAGAOKA” around the 1960s–1970s. Several designs were considered internally, but the highly impactful katakana logo was particularly well received by younger employees, so this design was selected.

We developed this product hoping that record users from around the 1960s, when this logo was used, would feel nostalgic, while it would also serve as an opportunity for younger generations to take an interest in records. The unisex design is available in white and black, in three sizes: M, L, and XL.
