Nagaoka will launch the waterproof digital camera “MWP200,” featuring waterproof functionality and high-resolution 5-megapixel imaging, under the “movio” brand for outdoor digital products, at consumer electronics retailers and EC sites nationwide from September 27, 2023. The manufacturer’s expected retail price is ¥15,180 (tax included).

This compact digital camera has an IPX8 waterproof rating, allowing continuous use at a water depth of 3 m for 1 hour.

You can enjoy taking photos without worrying about getting wet during leisure activities such as snorkeling, at rivers, or while mountain climbing.

It can also be washed with water even if it gets dirty or covered in sand, so you can use it safely in any environment.

Furthermore, its lightweight, compact 135 g design features a large 2.7-inch LCD screen, making it easy to review captured images/videos

and is designed for easy use in recording work performed in environments requiring waterproofing, in addition to leisure activities.

It also features image stabilization and a self-timer function, and supports shooting with 4x digital zoom,

making it suitable for shooting in all kinds of scenes.
